Know Fear, Know God
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but
by me.  
(Jhn 14:6)

Now therefore fear the LORD, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods
which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the LORD.
 
(Jos 24:14)

Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he
hath done for you.
(1Sa 12:24)

And the LORD commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the LORD our God, for our good
always, that he might preserve us alive, as it is at this day.

Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and
to fear him.

And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to

The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and
righteous altogether.

The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.(Psa 25:14)

Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him. Behold,
the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;   
(Psa 33:8,18)

The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.
(Psa 34:7)

For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him. But the mercy of
the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness
unto children's children;   
(Psa 103:11,13,17)

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do
his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.  
(Psa 111:10)

Ye that fear the LORD, trust in the LORD: he is their help and their shield. He will bless them
that fear the LORD, both small and great.   
(Psa 115:11,13)

Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear. I am a companion of all them
that fear thee, and of them that keep thy precepts.  
(Psa 119:38,63)

He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.
(Psa 145:19)

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD:
(Pro 1:7,29)

Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil. (Pro 3:7)

The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward
mouth, do I hate.
(Pro 8:13)

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is
understanding.  
(Pro 9:10)

The fear of the LORD prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened. (Pro 10:27)

In the fear of the LORD is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge. The
fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.

By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the LORD men depart from evil. (Pro 16:6)

The fear of the LORD tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be
visited with evil.
(Pro 19:23)

Let not thine heart envy sinners: but be thou in the fear of the LORD all the day long. (Pro 23:17)
